Awaken your palate with unique and hard to find wines, selected from our wine cellar and supplemented with the knowledge of Devil’s Thumb Ranch’s own sommelier. Each wine sample will be expertly paired with delicious Colorado cheeses with the help of Ranch House Restaurant’s executive chef, who will also provide insights on the specialty cheeses.
