We’re transporting you to the rolling hills and irresistible flavors of the Italian countryside right here in the Rockies with this 5-course dinner and Italian wine pairing in the spectacular Timber House, featuring 360-degree views of our stunning Ranch Creek Valley and the Continental Divide.
Mingle with cocktails from 5-6pm, then settle in for incredible Italian wines and pasture-to-plate pairings with an Italian flair. Learn all about the wines with the Master Sommelier Damon Ornowski from Telitalia Wines, plus all the delectable details from Ranch House Restaurant’s own Chef Ricky Biswas, who was trained under internationally-renowned Chef Franck Putelat in his two Michelin star restaurant. He has worked in other Michelin restaurants and many top-rated resorts all over the world and was recently selected to compete in the San Pellegrino Young Chef of the World competition.
