About the Chef
Prosenjit “Ricky” Biswas is our Chef de Cuisine for Ranch House Restaurant. Chef Biswas trained under internationally renowned Chef Franck Putelat in his two Michelin star restaurant. He has worked in other Michelin restaurants and many top-rated resorts all over the world and was recently selected to compete in the San Pellegrino Young Chef of the World competition in New York.
He graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a Bachelors in Hospitality. He is a certified chef of the World Chef’s Association in Paris and has his Master’s in Hospitality and Tourism. He also has diplomas in Business Administration and Baking and Pastry Arts.
