After a day full of mountain adventure, warm up by the wood-burning stove and watch the alpenglow illuminate the Divide with resplendent colors.
Pricing starts at $1,650* per night with a 2-night minimum. One-night’s non-refundable lodging deposit required at the time of booking. Maximum occupancy of 10 guests. No smoking allowed. *Holiday pricing starts at $2,600* with a 3-night minimum. 5-night minimum over Christmas and New Year’s.

Maximum occupancy at Schorr Ranch House is 10 People. No more than 10 people may occupy Schorr House at any time during your stay. Schorr Ranch House may not be used to congregate for parties larger than 10 people. A signed Rental Agreement is required to confirm a Schorr Ranch House Reservation.

Transportation Required – Guests will need a vehicle to get to and from the main resort and surrounding Ranch activities. During winter months, all-wheel or four-wheel drive is necessary as there is often snow on the driveway.

Cancellation Policy
A nonrefundable deposit equal to the first night of your stay is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
Should you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you are responsible for the room charges for the dates that you reserved, and the reservation becomes non-refundable.
Room reservations made in conjunction with any group contract agreement or event agreement, are subject to the terms of that agreement.
The full daily rate will be charged if guests fail to arrive, arrive after the scheduled reservation date or depart before the final date of a guaranteed reservation.
