MARKETING REQUEST SOP
- All requests must be approved by a Department Head prior to submission.
- All details submitted must be approved, final, and ready to announce publicly.
- The person submitting the request will become point person on the project. All questions and final approval will go through this contact.
- Please expect at least 2 weeks turnaround time for job completion to accommodate prior projects already in the queue. Some projects may take a shorter or longer duration to complete depending on the scope and priority. Turnaround time could be longer if submitted information is incomplete.
- Quick edits (such as a small change on an existing webpage or menu) may be feasible to complete in the same week if submitted by end-of-day Wednesday. Otherwise, they will be added to the queue for the following week.
- After submitting your request, you will receive an estimated project completion date.
- Expenses will most likely be applied to the Marketing Budget. If the job requires a rush order fee or a reprint due to inaccurate information, charges may be applied back to the department the request initiated from.
