Fly Fishing Guide & InstructorDan has been fly fishing in Colorado, as well as destinations from Alaska to Cuba for nearly 30 years. Teaching and providing direction to others has been an integral part of Dan’s personal and professional life throughout his career as the owner of 10 Learn to Swim Schools, as a Musician and guitar instructor, and through his passion as a fly fisherman. Dan is a member of Fly Fishers International, Inc (FFI) and Trout Unlimited and in addition to Instructing and Guiding, participates in ongoing coursework in FFI’s Instruction Certification Program. Dan also participates regularly with the National Sports Center for the Disabled (NSCD) and Project Healing Waters as a Fly Fishing Mentor for physically and mentally handicapped kids and adults, and disabled veterans to learn the sport of Fly Fishing.
